Harris brings experience across visa applications, Immigration and Protection Tribunal appeals, ministerial requests and complex immigration matters. His work is informed by an active contribution to professional education and policy discussion.
Alongside his client practice, Harris contributes to the profession through policy work and presentations to fellow practitioners, including through Legalwise Seminars.

Through the New Zealand Association for Migration and Investment, Harris contributes to policy submissions and advocacy on immigration settings and operational issues. This work includes leading NZAMI’s submission on the Immigration (Enhanced Risk Management) Amendment Bill.
